The Warrick County Judicial Center is located at the intersection of Main Street and Third Street in Boonville, Indiana. Directly across the street from the Old Courthouse (north side of the square).
The main entrance or public entrance to the facility is located on Third Street which is the east side of the building.

Upon entering the Judicial Center:
All persons entering the Judicial Center, with the exception of
police officers, are to be checked by the security staff.
Absolutely No Weapons are allowed inside the Judicial Center unless you are a police officer!
Guns - If you bring a gun inside the Judicial
Center you be will checked for a handgun permit then asked to return
the weapon to your vehicle.
We understand this might be a slight inconvenience but it is a necessity to ensure safety for the public and the Judicial Center employees alike.

Tax - Innkeepers Tax, T.I.F., C.O.I.T. or C.A.G.I.T., F.I.T., Audits Treasurer's books.
Property Records - Certification of maps, Map billing, Evaluation Certificate, Exemptions - Homestead, Mortgage, Veteran and Age disability.
Personnel / Payroll - Employees files, Payroll and Employee Benefits.
Abstract / Settlement - Distribution Taxing Units, Abstract, Settlement Spreadsheet to State, Quietusing of all receipts.

Responsibilities
The Clerk administers the official court records for all court cases with jurisdiction in that county, including all criminal, traffic, and civil cases.
The Clerk prepares the Courts permanent historical records, including the Record of Judgements and Orders, the Judgement Docket, the Chronological Case Summary, and Indexes.
The Clerk performs marriage ceremonies, prepares notary certifications, register bail agents, records certified breathalyzer operators, and bonds of numerous public officials.
The Clerk processes and issues documents for all court cases. The Clerk collects, distributes and reconciles monies related to court cases and is subject to regular audits by State Board of Accounts.
